Medication Refill Clinics provide patients the opportunity to get refills on their medications.

• Mondays: 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
• Wednesdays: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am - 10:30 am

Patients must call their prescription refill in to Bridges (765) 662-7289 by 8:00a.m. the day before the clinic they wish to pick their refill up. (i.e. if wanting to pick up their prescription at the Thursday refill clinic, they must call in by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday) To call in a prescription, dial (765) 662-7289 and follow the prompts to leave a message for the prescription refill line. Patient must leave their name, date of birth, what medications they need refilled (spell the meds if you can't say them) and the dosage of the medication.

Patients must have their Bridges to Health Card with them in order to pick up their medication. A friend or family member may pick up medication for a patient, but the friend/family member must have the patient's Bridges Card with them.
